Some of the things not included in the original MediaStream that are in this one:

• Background loading of background images and View Icons (makes animations smoother)
• Native Media Flagging in 95% of the Video views
• Recently added Videos displayed in home screen (thanks nuka for the script)
• this skin also has a marker of this to indicate that there is a hidden menu off in that direction so if you see it move in that direction for a menu

Other things included are:

• Full Support for Custom backgrounds
• Weather Fanart support
• Many other things
• Fanart in Video Files Mode
